Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions and payments made on SimpleInvoice (simpleinvoice.in). Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SimpleInvoice subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
- Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after the billing period ends, after which it may be deleted.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Service Unavailability: If SimpleInvoice experiences a verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours and you were unable to use the service, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days of the payment date.
- Partial use of a subscription period (e.g., cancelling mid-month after using the service).
- Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan — the difference is not refunded.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@simpleinvoice.in with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Payment reference or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Razorpay Payments
All payments on SimpleInvoice are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds, once approved by us, are initiated through Razorpay and are subject to their processing timelines. Razorpay typically credits refunds within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
